105-Calorie Lunch Salad
SALSA-RIFFIC CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD
1/2 cup diced, cooked chicken breast (canned is ok)
2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1/4 large cucumber
4 grape tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Salsa
Assemble the salad - lettuce, tomato and cucumber, top with chicken and salsa, and dig in!

When in a “cutting” phase (i.e.living in a calorie deficit to get leaner), you really want foods that are big on volume, water, and nutrition, while being skimpy on calories. This salad fits both criteria nicely.
