Warrior Recipe - 100 Calorie Baked Ziti

When your nutrition plan has you in a calorie deficit, and you’re also counting calories, you have to get creative. Using Miracle Noodle shirataki pasta, I created this amazingly large portion of baked ziti that was super satisfying and yummy. Here’s the recipe (serves 1. Increase quantities for additional servings).:

Preheat oven to 375.


1 Bag Miracle Noodle Ziti

1/4 cup low-fat, low-sugar marinara sauce

1/3 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella

2 Tablespoons grated parmesan

Fresh basil and parsley


Cracked black pepper


Prepare noodles by dry-frying in a skillet until they “squeak”. Add noodles to an oven-safe dish.

Mix noodles with sauce, basil, parsley, parmesan and pepper.

Top with mozzarella and oregano.

Bake for 15 minutes at 375 until cheese is bubbly.
