These delicious waffles have 30 grams of protein, 3 grams net carbs and only 200 calories.

1 Scoop low carb Protein Powder (I like Quest Vanilla)

1 Egg

1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk

Mix well and cook in hot waffle iron until lightly browned.  Serve with your favorite sugar-free syrup, berries, or add your favorite fat to make it #keto!
