Using myself as the initial test-subject, I have used my years of research and experience with diets and exercise to find what works for me….NOW….at 59, I have finally cracked the code to achieve fat loss and a fit and toned body, without having to spend hours in the gym and without starving. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach in 2016 and have worked with clients both in person and all over the world online.
I have also become certified as a Life Coach and have been helping businesspeople, musicians and artists set and achieve goals and exceed even their own expectations.
